All of the cakes at Poppy Pickering Cake Design are freshly made to order. I believe that my cakes should not just look beautiful but taste delicious too therefore I only use the freshest and finest ingredients. All the preserves used are made by Rosebud Preserves based in Masham and I use local free range eggs, local dairy produce, real butter, Madagascan bourbon vanilla and Belgium cocoa & chocolate.
All of my cakes, biscuits and sweet treats are produced in an environment where gluten, nuts, milk and eggs are present. Therefore I cannot guarantee that a product will be 100% free hence you must let me know at the time of ordering if you are intolerant to any of these ingredients.

All of my cakes contain three evenly perfect layers of cake torted with two generous layers of a filling, so they look exquisite when cut. Each cake tier is at least 5 inches deep and coated with an indulgent layer of white chocolate ganache and then a layer of Swiss fondant icing finished with sharp, crisp edges.

A moist lightly ginger spiced mud cake layered with a ginger & yorkshire rhubarb buttercream and Rosebud Yorkshire rhubarb & ginger preserve.
Orange & Passionfruit
A moist orange mud cake infused with orange zest and layered with a fruity passionfruit buttercream
Lemon & Poppyseed
A moist lemon & poppyseed mud cake infused with lemon zest and layered with two layers of a zesty lemon curd buttercream
Guinness & White chocolate
A rich moist chocolate sponge infused with Guinness with a delectable white chocolate buttercream

Lime Meringue Crunch
A moist white chocolate and lime mud cake layered with a zesty lime buttercream and pieces of crunchy meringue.
Pale mocha macaron shell filled with our delicious homemade yorkshire honey salted caramel and rocksalt. Finished with milk chocolate stripes.
Pale ivory macaron shell filled with a vanilla & white chocolate ganache. Decorated with white chocolate stripes and little edible pearls.
Pale dusky pink macaron shell filled with a raspberry white chocolate ganache with a hidden raspberry preserve centre.
A pale mauve macaron shell filled with a champagne infused white ganache with a hidden strawberry preserve centre.
